Comment: Pretty much which one is better??and which one seems to perform better?? I currently have Riva Tuner and I hate that all the time when I start my computer and I get to the desktop the screen goes black then comes back its a tad bit annoying well for me and so I was asking does coolbits do this?thanks for the help.
