You have an extremely weak video card for gaming. If you want better performance, try lowering the game settings. If you plan on hanging on to the system for a while, consider upgrading the video card.
BTW, you might wanna change the CPU that you have listed...we already determined that it's a 2400+, not an 1800+.

Well, Im not really interested in making a new system. How can I determine which video cards are the best for gaming? What types of specs am I supposed to look for. Also, should i consider on upgrading my CPU to a 3000+? since my mobo is capable of handling such CPU....

No, don't waste your money on a CPU...just overclock the 2400+ as best you can & stick with it. As for a video card, AGP is all but dead. There are still decent cards available but they generally cost considerably more than their PCI-e counterparts. The FX5200 never was a good gaming card, even when it was 1st released (which was over 5 yrs ago) & it certainly hasn't gotten any better. You should be able to find a Radeon X1650Pro for about $50-60.
