hi there i was wondering im on the emachine t2792 and i am thinking of up gradeing my video card and ram what would you guys suggest for a video card and ram upgrades.
here are my specs

Your computer has an integrated AGP video card.

Check and see if your computer actually has an AGP slot. If not, you're severely limited because you would have to buy a PCI card. Your documentation should state if it has one, or pop the cover and look.

ok well i just checked all i have is pci slots whats the best card to get for a pci card within 100 - 130$?

thanks alot. I just have one more question can any of you suggest a good stick of memory at a affordable cost? I only have 256 mb right now I want to upgrade it to 1 gb.

Just wait for a moment there!!.
1.Do you realize that ur ghraphic card is in a form of pci slot.You cant do much in pci graphic cards.Very much of ur applications will be limited due pci(3D applications).Since ur mobo dont have AGP slot i would suggest that u might upgarde ur mobo as well,that is buying a new one with AGP slot in it.I wont suggest u to buy new pci graphic cards because how new the thing is IT STILL PCI CARDS!!!
2.And for ur memory can upgrade ur memory as much as u want(depend on how many memory slot u had)
