The T3516 was introduced late 2006.

In it's standard spec it is not powerful enough for playing anything but the simplest of games as it was designed mainly for general business and home computer work.

Assuming it has never been upgraded since new, it has only 512MB of memory (RAM) which is barely enough to run Windows let alone play games.

The graphics chip is integrated with the motherboard (ie it's not on a separate card) and that again is not suitable for games.

The processor is the modest Intel Celeron single core, this too is not up to the task of running games.

You can certainly install a new PCI-Express graphics card but you may find that offers little improvement without also adding more RAM and fitting a more powerful processor.

384MB memory? Does that mean 512MB with 128MB used by the onboard video? As stated by phil22, 512MB isn't enough for gaming, it's barely enough to run XP. If you only have 384MB, that makes it even worse. The memory should be upgraded to the max your system can handle - 2GB (2 x 1GB).

Your video card choice will have to be limited to what the eMachines power supply can handle. Assuming it's a 300W Bestec & you don't want to upgrade it, a Radeon HD 6570 would be your best bet:
