i googled ur psu. turns out ur psu has 2 12V rails with 18amps on each.
we usually dont recommend 2 rail psu's. but with a system like urs this psu should be fine. i dont know how u can game with a 9400gt a low end card.
scan ur system for any viruses using
malwarebytes and disable system automatic restart on error so u can tell us the error msgto do that:http://pcsupport.about.com/od/tipstricks/ht/disautorestart.htm
use the link.
also make sure ur system is not overheating check temps using gpu-z(for video card) and HWmonitor(cpu and other hardware) google them

I've scanned my computer many times for viruses using AVG free and it cant find any.
My graphics card temp is normally around 55-56*C.
My computer settings were never on automatic restart it was off all the time.
dont scan with avg as some malware wont be found with a regular AV use malware bytes. are those temps at idle? if so then u have a serious heating issue. my old 9400gt never passed 30-35 at idle computers are a second home

but still if it doesn't go over 80 0C(on load) then it shouldnt be that much a prob.so it might be a windows corrupted windows install or a virus. my old win xp used to restart all the time.
how long has it been since you had that gf 9400 and who made it and when did this prob begin
I've had the gf 9400 for almost 2 years. The problem began when I installed my new main board just a few days ago.

There is nothing wrong with the Processor I don't think haven't over-clocked. The processor is new as well as the ram and the power supply. the only thing that is not new is the VGA card . Its not a virus because I just fromated my computer.
