computer crashing randomly and restarting.

Specs: Windows 7
Hi I have a Dell XPS which is relatively new. Since bought it it has crashed and restarted. Dell have changed the hard disk but no difference. From looking in this forum I saw someone advise to take a look at the events, so I did and this is what it came up with. Trouble is I dont know what it means. !

Have you tried booting into "Safe Mode with Networking" & running it like that for a while, just to see if the reboots continue?

Looks like the Kernel-Power 41 error just means that the system rebooted without being probably shutdown:

I suggest you disable "automatically restart" so that a blue screen error is displayed rather than the random reboot. That may help you pinpoint the problem.
