could someone please tell me how to network two pc's together. one is connected to the router and the other is wireless using a linksys game adapter and does not have an ethernet card. on command and conquer my friend and i networked our pcs together but the game would not start once we joined rooms and attempted to start it. but it did recognize that he was on the network
i was just wondering how to network the pcs properly so that we can play each other

Funny enough, I had the same problem yesterday and found WinXP was putting a block on it. I found this out when (still in the game) pressed the Windows Key, i got back to the desktop and simple clicked on "UnBlock" (it may or may not show up for you, this is what i had) and everything ran fine after that.

yes that has happened to me several time before Night and no KKK (lol) we could not share the net.
