Today I finished downloading the .iso files for the Command and Conquer Generals Expansion Pack: Zero Hour. When I am installing it, it says that it cannot detect the installation of the regular game and that I need to install the Full version of C&C:G before installation can continue. I have currently installed a working bootlegged copy of the original game. I think I can solve this problem by getting all the registry keys associated with the original game so that the install program for the Expansion Pack knows where to find it. Can anyone provide this? Got a second opinion?

people.... If you download a bootleg copy at least be smart enough to download an ISO file and burn it to a CD.

Now I PAID for the game($50.00) so whats in the expansion pack? Cause I finished that game the same day I bought it.

There is no need for me to buy a legit copy of the original game...All i need is the registry keys. I have all the files it needs already on my computer, but the setup.exe for the expansion is looking for a registry key to tell it where my game is installed. That key is missing. All i need is the key, then I can finish installing. I hate paying money for video games. I paid money for the ability to download them (internet). Please reply if you have something constructive for me. Thanx

This is not the appropriate place to ask for help running illegal software.
