Hello, I have bought this card and it makes some really awfully looking coloured spots on some textures! For example in Operation Flashpoint there are black dots on grass and sometimes even blue flecks on the forest trees! In Return to Castle Wolfenstein it makes coloured squares on the black area of the screen when binoculars are on and in America's Army operations it makes the same on the black shadow of a weapon when aiming through optics. I didn't overclock that card and its surely not overheating! I thought it may be drivers so I replaced the original ones with NVidia's reference detonators (version 6.14.10.4403) and the problem seemed to be solved. Everything was alright so I played Operation Flashpoint for about an hour and suddendly the blue spots in forest returned! I felt like in a bad dream :( The other games don't show the previous graphic flaws, but it may be only the matter of time. Is that card somehow damaged? Maybe memory can be bad... Or is it only the thing of a drivers? The time it ran without showing those coloured spots was much longer when using detonators, but I cannot say if its not dependent on something different :-\ So what could do these unwanted colours?

It was in the subject but subject was cut... Its geforce4MX440 and now I probably know the cause - it was "highly" overclocked (275/333) and now I have to try if its better now after a really hard technical adjustment :) I brought it back to the shop and the technician added several condensers to it and now its a real collector's piece :)
