Suddenly while starting GP4 and racing the colour of my monitor changed, it has now affected everything! not just the game the change is permanant!
I am running a AMD64 3200+ 1024mb ram and an old FX5700 graphic card
I was told that my 300watts power supply my not be sufficient, causing power fluctuations, affecting possibly my graphic card, et al.

Ok first thing, the picture is definitly red,so thats not the problem. A 300 watt power supply shouldnt be a problem as I have a similar system with stupid amounts of drives and cards in the back. First things first reinstall your graphics drivers. Next thing, uninstall your monitor and let it pick it up again. Try plugging the monitor intoa friends computer if not and see if the monitor has had it. Is the monitor a CRT or LCD? If its a CRT it sounds like its not shooting out the magenta, had the same problem with a tv before.
