Your using integrated graphics wich are simply junk and not capable of running COD2 at respectable frame rates.
Your in need of an actual video card. I suggest atleast a 6800GT GPU or higher.

I have a 6800GS and played COD2 with decent FPS. The 6800GS is dirt cheap now. You can get a *much* better PCI-E card now for $300 or so. Check out the price comparisons on www.anandtech.com
