I have a slight issue with a game I recently bought, Warcraft III. The graphics are fine, except when it tries to play any movies / cinematics in the game. It looks "garbled", I guess you could say.
However, these cinematics looked fine when I located them in the program files folder and played it using Windows Media Player, it looks fine. I tried lowering the Graphics acceleration but it did not help.
I'm thinking simply reinstalling the drivers would help. I have a Gigabyte GA-8S661FXM(-F) motherboard with SiS 661FX intergrated graphics. If this is the case, could someone point me towards where I could find the drivers? If not, what could I do to resolve this?
Thanks,
LaogeodrittNOTE: I lowered the video acceleration in WMP by a notch because I had the same problem with WMP in the past, which was resolved by doing so.

drivers may help a little bit... but in the long run it will help to pick up a really cheap graphics card... sharing ram for video wastes ram tremendously.. thats why it wont work in the game because the game already uses heaps of memory... so a cheap card should fix u up

Well, like I said, the graphics are fine, it's just the cinematics in the game. I'm planning to get a Radeon 9200SE soon however.

Get the Radeon 9250 instead.
i just bought a new computer and the guys at the store said something about the 9200se being 'redundant', i don't know in what way specifically but that's what they said, maybe someone else can explain better. maybe i just got ripped off, who knows? The first step to wisdom is being able to admit when you don't know.

About the drivers, I believe I forgot to point out that, once while I was updating them through Windows Update (v4) a few months ago, I got a few errors. Everything worked fine however so I ignored it. This is why I suspect it may be a problem with the drivers.
