choosing computer components for gaming

Specs: Windows 7, 1gb
motherboard onboard graphics (ASROCK N68-S3 UCC with NVidia GeForce 7025 / nForce 630a)
processor (AMD Athlon II X2 Regor 245 2.9GHz)
memory (G.Skill Memory 4GB DDR3 1333)
videocard (BioStar Nvidia GeForce GT 220 1GB DDR3)

are they compatible to each other? are those enough for gaming?
i prefer windows 7..
does the processor can run windows7 64bit?

The motherboard choice isn't a good one & the video card is NOT a gaming card. Have a look at this article to help you choose a card:

And yes, the Athlon II X2 can run Win7 x64.
