1gb ddr2 667mhz
160gb sata hard drive 7200rpm
adi 6 channel ac97 sudio codec
intel extreme graphics 2
running XP home
i want to play ddo stormreach...is this gonna work? keep in mind this computer is just for this game...and please dont tell me that I should get some thousand dollar computer...thats not the case.
and if I were to switch up the cpu, what would be a proper fit on my mobo...and also I know I need to switch from extreme graphics 2, but what card would fit.(on a budget)

Well. for starters adding another 1gb of DDR2 ram for under 30 bucks wouldn't hurt.

You can upgrade to a Pentuim D 925 3ghz processor for 95 bucks.

Throw in an AGP 8x/4x ATI Radeon 1650Pro for under 70 dollars.

total, 185 dollars and you will see a big diff then what you have now.

The very least you need is a gaming video card, but Cobra_R's other suggestions are solid.
