a friend gave me a CD recently, and when i wanted to install it, it will be on D drive...so, i open D drive and looked at the folders.......and went to one exe. game file and loaded the game from there.....and halfways when i wanted to save the game, it will pop a message saying 'D drive is full, empty some spaces before saving it'.....
i'd like to install it on c drive, but dont know how else to do it.....also, i happen to see Ò»¾Å¾ÅÒ» characters, and i dont know how to read or change it into english.......i hope i can install games to c drive instead....
i am using win 98, but my friend, who uses win xp, says he has no problem having the game installed on his c drive.

can anyone help? thanks

What game is this? Are you sure it's Win98 compatable? Do you have enough HD space on your C drive? Does the game installer give you any options to change the location, like an 'advanced' or 'custom' tab or anything??

im not sure if it's 98 compatible, but i could play games on it, ...but it seems to be in english version and another half in some other language version and yes, there's lot of space in c drive, i wish i could install it on c drive but it only seems to recognize d drive

uninstall the game and reinstall it. When it prompts you where you want to put it (e.g. d:/progam files/(whatever game it is)) just change d to c.

p.s. you might have to click on an advanced option, look for that button on every screen you have, once you see it click on it, if you need anymore help, let us know.
