can you hook a laptop video card to a desktop

Specs: Windows 7
i have a desktop with an old video card on the motherboard but I'm just to poor to get a new one or build a new computer. my laptop has a better video card but its not as fast as my desktop so i thought i could just hook these 2 things up while keeping both my computer in-tacked. so is it possible to do this or should i just save up and buy a new desktop like I'm going to try to do any way.

Listen to yourself.....save for a better desktop, or better desktop card, the laptop card doesn't work in desktop, or atleast I have never seen any that did, they are usually fixed to the board of the laptop.

Without knowing the desktop specs i can't tell if it will accept v-card.

"laptop card" intergrated isn't card.

You're too poor to buy a video card for $20-30 yet you can afford a desktop AND a laptop, plus internet service & games? Hmmmmm......
