It can run well if u use low settings (CPU is a biggest problem followed by video card).

Yes but we need to know the motherboard model # or system model # to check CPU supported list from manufacture website.

Open AIDA64 then Motherboard > motherboard > look for Motherboard Name
Get AIDA64 from here http://www.aida64.com/downloads

If u have OEM system(hp, dell etc) post the system model number(printed on system case).

the motherboard supports lga 775 cpu's(dual cores) u can get a good dual core a better one than the one u have i would reccommend E7500 (core2duo)
in my opinion if get that cpu with ur video card it would be a better experience u would be able to play most games on medium settings.
ur radeon HD 4670 is a good card to play games on. the cpu the current one will be the bottleneck . but getting the one i suggested or a higher one would rlly be an improvement

Core 2 duo E7500 isn't supported.
http://processormatch.intel.com/Com...

The only cheap option u have is to get a decent socket 775 (p45 or p43 or p35) board and overclock E6300 to 3ghz.
Another option u have is to buy another gaming rig.

Why isnt E6300 to E6700 a good move ? costs too much ?
Because both CPU's are the same and another reason is the price.

The Intel board u have support DRR2 not DDR3.
Make sure the new board support DDR2 800 or more, PCIe x16 slot that run @x16, if the dvd rom is using PATA or ATA u need board with IDE connectors, plenty of sata ports. PSU will work fine.
U don't have to get the same board i listed, just find a board with the intel chipsets i listed(don't buy board made by intel or oem).

Do u have atleast ddr2 667?

1st of all, here are the publish requirements for that game:

Minimum System Requirements

* OS: Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7
* CPU: Core 2 Duo 2.0 GHz or Althon X2 2.0 GHz
* RAM: 3 GB
* HDD: 15 GB
* Graphics: 512 MB card
* Sound Card: DirectX 9 Compatible
* DirectX: Version 9.0c

Recommended System Requirements

* OS: Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7
* CPU: Core 2 Quad 3 GHz
* RAM: 3 GB
* HDD: 15 GB free disk space
* Graphics: 512 MB Graphics Memory
* Sound Card: DirectX 9 Compatible
* DirectX: Version 9.0c

Supported Graphics Cards:

Minimum – 8800 GT
Recommanded – Geforce GTX 460/Radeon 5850

If you have a decent motherboard with a BIOS that allows for overclocking (in other words, not a Dell, HP, Gateway, etc), you can easily overclock the E6300 to 3.0GHz (or higher), so the CPU is not the issue. If anything, the video card may be the weak spot. However, if your motherboard doesn't allow overclocking, then the motherboard is the issue. You didn't post the make/model of your board or the type/speed of RAM you're running, so it's impossible to say for sure where the weak link is in your system.

EDIT: I filtered thru all the numerous responses & found your motherboard - Intel Isleton D946GZIS. If you want to invest in something, get a new board. That one is outdated. And do NOT buy a board made by Intel.

http://ark.intel.com/products/23503...

See if you can find the Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P or the Biostar TPower I45. They are said to be 2 of the best overclocking 775 boards available:

"but is it possible to overclock with my motherboard?"

No. Most boards made by Intel are not overclockable. Intel chipsets are great, but Intel boards suck, at least as far as overclocking is concerned.

Don't waste your money on a CPU. Either get a decent motherboard & overclock your current CPU or buy a completely new (& more modern) system.

Ok , then you have to help me :D well you dont have to but i would appreciate it :P
cause i dont know nothing about motherboards , i probably have to go to a local computer wiz to change it and all that kinda stuff , i want to know what is a good motherboard for me , and will it go into my ''case'' and will it connect with my PSU , video card and most importantly this CPU :D
i hope it wont reformat the data or anything but if it will , then i'l just have to live with it.
You need to give me multiple options of motherboards , so i can see if they are available in my country / Estonia.

Go to the computer store and ask for socket 775 motherboard with intel chipset 965, p35, p43, p45. If u find one post the board model number here so that we can check it.
U don't have to install windows from scratch, all u need to do is repair.
