I have a sis 650 driver and am trying to get call of duty to work but every time i try to run it i get this message
your video card appears to be missing one or more features to run call of duty you should install the latest drivers for your video card. do you know anywhere i cold go and what would i download? thanks

You can't run the game, you need a better video card.
Some people are like Slinkies, not really good for anything, but you still can't help but smile when you see one tumble down the stairs...

Call of duty supports:
(Taken off box)
"ATI Radeon 7200, 8500, 9000, 9500, 9600, 9800All Nvidia Geforce chipsets (Geforce 1,2,3,4,FX,6-series)
Matrox Parhelia"
Newer cards not mentioned, but also capable of running it include:
ATI Radeon 9200, X600, X700, X800
The box also says:
3D hardware Accelerator card required - 100% DirectX 9.0b compatible 32mb Hardware Texture & Lighting capable video card and latest drivers.
The SIS 650 is designed for office machines, not for games. It has none of the above features built-in, nothing you can downolad will rectify this.
If your computer has an AGP slot, then you will have a wide choice of graphics cards to choose from.
If you don't, you'll have to get a PCI card, which limits you to an ATI Radeon 9200 PCI (Not the greatest cards in the world, but sufficient for COD) or an Nvidia Geforce FX5200 PCI if you can find one..
The 32mb requirement is a minimum, don't aim for a 32mb card, the graphics will be choppy and slow, aim for 64mb-128mb.
Cheap 256mb cards aren't all they are cracked up to be and aren't any better than lower memory versions.Good Luck..
AMD Athlon XP2200+
Aero7 lite
512mb Crucial pc2700
Abit NF7-s V2.0
80GB Seagate SATA
120GB Seagate SATA
Geforce4 Ti4200 128mb
Benq FP767-12 17" 12ms
SB live 5.1 Digital

If you're looking at cheap 2nd hand cards on ebay or wherever, I'd suggest Either a Radeon 8500 upwards or a Geforce4 Ti series card.
The Nvidia Riva or ATI Rage cards are ancient by modern standards and aren't really supported by modern games, neither are other cards of the era such as the Voodoo lineup.
