CPU/Ram: 1,86GHz/4Gb Ram

i installed call of duty worldat war lately and i updated it to 1,2 then i tryed to update it to 1,2-1,4 and when i run the patch this message comes. Error reading setup initialization file. and after that i updated it to 1,2 to 1,3 and tryed again and still same message what should i do or what can i do ?

please anyone help me with this

i deleted the updates and downloaded from other webpage =)
