I play Call of Duty United Offensive online a lot and I notice my FPS is usually never goes over 60 or 70, usually its at around 30 - 40. I did a test where I started my own server with all the graphics as low as they can go, and also set the resolution low. I can only get about 180 FPS while looking at the ground. It's also harder to jump with such a low FPS.
I have a Nvidia GeForce MX 420 - I know it sucks.
So my question is, what video card would you suggest for around 50 dollars that will give me higher FPS on this game. This is the only game that I currently play, so I don't care if I can't run games like Doom. I just recently started getting into gaming, and have never really read up on what cards are good.

This is about as good as you're gonna be able to do for around that price, and it will play COD: UO pretty well...
