I asked this in the Windows Wp forum, but this is probly a better forum to ask in. I dont know how simple this mite be, but i dont know what to do from here. I've installed the game Call of Duty, and when i go to load and play the game, the loading <crashes> and a error message comes up saying: that my video card needs the lastest drivers to play the game. If lastest drivers are in, try to unistall and reinstall them. And if doesn't work, make sure that computer meets requirements. Well, um almost 100% sure my computer meets the requirements, and i tried asking some Best Buy people, and they told me that the year my computer came out, was the last year its type of video card would be made. And all the following years, and new "version" of video card would be used in computers. So and games after the year our computer was bought, i cant run. Does that make sense? I just got the computer 2 years ago if that, its a sony vaio. Now if its just the drivers that need updated, how do i go about doing that?
Thanks Justin

-if you need to know some stuff about the computer, just ask.

What video card?

If Nvidia, download the latest drivers from Nvidia

If ATI, get the latest Catylst Drivers from ATI

Go to call of duty home page and download the latest Call of Duty patch (1.4 if I remember correctly).

The game should run fine with the vid card updated and COD patched....

good luck

If it doesnt work and youv've tried everything, than i suggest u get another one. All nVidia Geforces are compatibale wit COD. Go to tigerdirect.com or newegg.com, they've got good deals.
