It says delete the cache file, i have and it keeps coming back, ive also unistalled the game, but doesnt make a difference. please can you tell me a way to stop the cache file coming back, i really want to play the game. and ive also played the same game before my computer got wiped and no problems then.

the game worked, then you wiped your OS, now the game doesn't work? at least you know your hardware supports the game...

do you have any other 3D games installed? do those run fine, or lock up too? with not much to go on, i'm leaning towards your video drivers as the culprit.

Keep in mind that if you delete the game's cache files and then log back into the game, it will re-create the cache files. You're not failing to delete them, they're just being recreated. I'll bet if you delete them and reboot, without trying the game, they'll still be gone.
