probably not. rock star seams to be developing games for consoles first then dumping them on pc 1-3 years later(so much of a change since gta 3). don't think bully is a strong or big enough title for them to invest time in converting. Especially as they should be getting a move on with gta 4 for pc. which will sell way more units since the series has started on pc and has a well established fan base. but you never know
