I am trying to use a program to Recover some bin files, but i need the hexadecimal signature for .bin files. Does each .bin have its own signature? or is there a general one for .bin Thanks for any help you can provide

When you say a hexadecimal signature, I assume you are not talking about a checksum or hash
Instead, in the context of file recovery, I assume you mean a hex header (or signature, but its hardly unique to any file, rather it identifies the format - it also doesn't have to be at the beginning a file). If you are hex editing, trying to unmark files for deletion (good luck there), the files in question (they don't have to be encapsulated in a strictly .bin format, they can be in any high-level format like .txt) should have one signature per file type. Many recovery programs need only find the signature to be able to recover the file (as the bounds of the file are then fairly defined).
What many people do is create a blank file with the filetype extension in question. From there, they examine this for a hexadecimal signature.
