I purchased BF2 and during download it cautioned about some potential compatibility problems with Windows XP X 64. I have not gotten to play it much because of traveling. x64 is not good for gaming...right now, it's not much good for anything....lol. There are few drivers available for it & many programs & games will not function well with it, if at all. Battlefirled 2 doesn't have many (except that they release patches to fix there previos patches lol). However most people are going to tell you bad things about x64 the only drawback I have is I don't love having a dual boot but true some programs just aren't x64 compadible YET.
