The 1st thing you need to do is find out for sure which slot type you have. According to the following site (click on "marketing specifications"), you have 3 standard PCI slots only...no AGP, no PCI-express.

http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/mo...

If that's the case, your choices will be very limited & none of them will be very good for gaming.

Have you ever upgraded your system at all? According to that link, it only has 256MB RAM. That's barely enough memory for XP, let alone gaming. And which games do you want to be able to play?

If you haven't already done so, you should upgrade the memory to at least 1GB. As for a PCI video card, here's a 9400GT with 512MB 128-bit memory for $68:

So to clairify, distinguishing from pci, agp and pci-express.

Yeah, only 3 pci slots and one of them has a modem in it unless you removed it.

"This MB is pci ?"

You're terminolgy is incorrect. All boards have PCI slots...they've been a standard for well over 10 yrs. Unforunately, your board doesn't has any other slots available (no AGP, no PCI-express) & standard PCI is the oldest & slowest of all the slot types currently in use. It only runs at 33.33MHz (AGP runs at 66.66MHz, PCI-express runs at 100MHz) plus the PCI bus is shared with other components, while the AGP & PCI-express buses are dedicated. What I'm getting at is, PCI video cards perform poorly.

I couldn't find any system requirements for "Aces High 3". When I did a search, all that turned up was the old Iron Maiden song "Aces High" from their "Powerslave" album. Personally, I prefered "Piece of Mind" :)

Luckily the above link doesn't work. The 9400GT that I posted a link to in response 3 is a much better card than the 8400GS & it's less than $10 more.
