My computer savy 9 year old has roller coaster tycoon 1 and 2, and I am looking to get him another "tycoon" style game for Xmas. I have heard of railroad tycoon and zoo tycoon, anybody have any ideas on whats the best one out there? thank you

Sim City 4 is good, its like a city creating tycoon, and Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 is out now.
