Best gaming motherboard

CPU/Ram: amd 2700+/ 3200 ddr 512mb

So Im looking to upgrade my motherboard from a boistar M7NCD, but im not sure what would be a good upgrade.
Id like to get my pc to run faster, so Ill be adding another 512mbs of ram at the same time.

If you're planning on keeping your motherboard, that's an Nforce2 chipset, is it not? Aside from just more reliable boards, that's as good as it gets.

Try the ASUS brand of motherboards... they make reliable and good mobbys. However if you are on a tight budget i'd sugget MSI ones.

How does that abit board do better for games other than possibly being more reliable. His BIOSTAR is NForce2 Ultra 400, too! Abit could possibly overclock better, but he didn't say he wanted to OC. If his BIOSTAR works, no reason to replace it!
