I'm looking for the best agp card that I can run on my machine. I'm running a p4 2.8ghz machine with 1gig of ram, which I plan to upgrade to 2gigs, and I have a 350watt power supply. I'm looking to be able to play World of Warcraft on max settings.

If the p4 has 800Mhz fsb, then radeon 9800pro or 6600gt should do the trick. If the p4 has 533Mhz FSB, then radeon 9600xt...

You didn't sepecify a price, so I'm going to go ahead and recommend the Geforce 7600GT. It's an awesome AGP card for the money. It's got ATI X850XT-PE performance, plus SM3.0 and video acceleration.
The X1950Pro AGP is the fastest, but also a lot more expensive (and probably harder to find). The 7600GT is a great combination of price, performance and availability.
Make sure your PSU has enough amperage on its 12 volt rail. 20A or more.
