I was wondering if anyone could help me find the best agp card for my 5 yr old dell xps. I would like to get another year to 2 years out of it. Want to play games like Cryis and COD4. Money is not really an issue.

Since money isn't an issue, you might as well go for the Radeon HD3850 512MB AGP. It's got respectable gaming performance, plus a unified video decoder, which would allow you to play those new HD disks on your single core processor.
The creme de la creme of Socket 939: Opty 185 @ 3.2GHz SLI'ed GTS-640s, both flashed to 625/1458/1950 4GB PC3200 Blu-Ray/HD-DVD, X-Fi A8N32-SLI Deluxe 3DMark06: 13896

"While the 3850 has been seen for sale in the UK, we can no longer find it online, and assume at this point that the manufacturers are only making very limited stock. Time will tell if more of these AGP super-cards will show up in the future, but for now, the Radeon 2600 XT is a good stopgap card for those of you still clinging to the AGP interface."
Apparently the HD3850 AGP can now be found in stock. Newegg has them for about $225.

the radeon x850 is a really good card, used it for a year or so, very stable and fast, played counter strike source well.
