sometimes after completing a quest u have to talk to an npc to get the experience points for the quest and to advance tha game but sometimes when u try to talk to them u get a message that says the character is busy. sometimes if i save the game and reload it or i leave the area and then come back the character will talk. is there i patch to fix this or should i just do a reinstall
