Alrighty, so Battlefield 2142 requires 128 display memory and i only have 64. My motherboard has one pci slot open and i think one agp slot. what kind of Video card would work with my system? And i still have one ram slot open so i can get it up to 2 gigs.

Make sure your power supply is capable of handling a gaming video card. eMachines/Gateway generally use crappy Bestec units. Other than that, get an AGP card with 128-bit or 256-bit GDDR3 memory.
