2 question, do u have to have a headset(headphones and mike)to talk or can u JUST have a microphone?

How well would a geforce 7600gt be able to run
it? On What setting would it probably be able to run on?

1) No you do not need a headphone. If you have speakers, the sound will come through them.

2) The 7600GT should be able to play at med-high to high settings. I have a 7900GT and play with all settings on high.
