Battlefield 2 Graphics card help

I have recently bought battlefield 2 but it doesn't work because of my graphics card - which is the best PCI only graphics card to have with this game?

I'm going out to buy a new video card so i can play Battlefield 2. Originally i was going to get the Radeon 9550 until i saw its bandwith output on this site: http://www.pcvsconsole.com/features/video/

Anyway, I'm still considering the Radeon 9550, but I'm looking into the GeForce 6200 but i don't know how that'll hold up. Any suggestions for a card able to run Battlefield 2 for a MAX price of $150?

System Specs:

1.8Ghz Intel Pentium 4
768Mb RDRAM PC800
GeForce2 MX 400 (going to replace)

Do you have an AGP slot? If so, you have plenty of decent choices for $150 or less. I have a Radeon 9550 128MB/128-bit card & have no complaints. I'm not a hardcore gamer & really don't care if I have to run on medium or low settings.

Here's a few suggestions, from high price to low (from newegg.com):

- Geforce 6600GT 128MB ($149)

- Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB ($120)

- plain vanilla Geforce 6600 128MB ($118)

- Radeon 9600XT 128MB ($83)

Sorry about the double post - but i really need help and can anyone suggest which of the above Graphics Cards will work best with PCI.
And also (from above also sorry) - can anyone help with how i find out whether my PC is PCI, PCI Express and AGP please?
I think it's PCI but i'm not entirely sure.

Grap your computers manual and page to the index in the back. Look under specifications. Btw all computers come with at least 1 PCI slot, but not an AGP slot. Most of the higher end video cards are AGP though.

I am currently looking for an graphics card that can handle BF2 on atleast medium with
a budget upto $200. What whould you guyz
suggestions?

If read some forums regarding this topic and
most have been orientate towards highe-end video cards. i'm wandering what i can get for under $200AUS. THnx in advance

I have just bought a new graphics card (Radeon 9800 pro) for about $120 so i can play BF2. And my colour is all messed up and the graphics aren't that good. The biggest problem is the Brightness of the game. I tried to change it in the game but it told me it had to optimize my shodows of summin.
Please could someone help me as i do not want to have wasted my money.

My cmputer spec is:
Intel Pentium 4 Cpu
1.70 Ghz
512mb of ram
Radeon 9800 Pro

Oh yeah could someone tell me how you check out the speed of your AGP slot.

Does Battlefield 2 suport the Geforce 6 6660 AGP? am thinking of buying 1, i hear it only surports the 6600 PCI Exprees cards.
