Comment:

I just purchased the BF1942 complete collection this afternoon. Everything on my system seems to exceed the minimum reqs and more. New drivers etc. My system is a bit older, GeForce2 MX 100/200 for example. The problem is that when I get to the type in serial number section on the InstallShield, I type it in and the whole thing reverts to the start. I hang up there and can't proceed. Any suggestions?

The game is brand new, out of the package. The discs shouldn't be scratched or dirty. The whole set is sold in a large case with the four serial numbers for the main game and different components.

hmm, make sure you chose 'full install' and select ALL the options,

p.s. I am basing this on my experience of HL2 and CounterStrike...
