battlefield 1942, Unlock levels

Okay I know that I am a lazy person but I simply don't want to play the game for hours to get all the levels, I just want to play a quick game. Some levels are locked in my game, I assume that you need to earn them by finishing the Campaign mode, yet again i am lazy. so is there a way to unlock all the levels in battlefield without having to beat the campaign.

I've tried there is nothing out there, i know th creators didn't like cheaters but come on. Maybe a hex editor?
