Hey. I currently run on an HP pavillion a465c and have an extreme graphics 2 driver. I have the game, Battle for Middle Earth 2 on my computer, and when I start it up, it is fine, but as soon as I get to the gaming, like, past the intro and main menu, the game closes, and it says game.dat has encountered a problem and needs to close. I've tried downloading the geforce 7 or something, but then it says it could not locate something on my computer and closes at the end on installation. any advice?

What?! Your computer has an integrated graphics processor, better known as the Intel R Extreme Graphics 2. This is garbage and don't expect to play new games like Battle for Middle Earth 2 on it, it is just plain ridiculous! Integrated onboard graphics use system RAM (Random Access Memory) to run graphic intensive applications, meaning they have to share with the system memory. Not good. Geforce 7 is a graphics card line-up from Nvidia, and it doesn't have anything to do with your graphics processor or much less, your computer. Hello? Earth to Aranel! You don't have that installed!!! Check with your local computer shop, to see if your pc has any AGP/PCI-E graphic ports, or at least PCI to buy a normal, half decent card like the NVIDIA 6200 or 5500FX. If not then forget playing new games. You shouldn't have bought an HP in the first place, you should have went custom built. Well its too late for that now.
