bad company 2 tweeks to a bad gaming laptop

Specs: Windows 7, toshiba l505d gs6000

i have a 2.2 dual core , 4g ddr2, ati radeon 4200. i have changed to directx to 9, fov to 74, render ahead to 0, vsync,bloom, hsao all on false, and aniso to 1. does anyone know how i can better tweek my setting to play with this piece of a graphics card without purchasing anything else? i also changed windows setting to adjust for best performance. any help would be much appreciated.

dude ur labtop simply is not a gaming one since u have tried adjusting every setting and did not stop lagging
but look battleflied bad comapany 2 requires a tough pc not a labtop (non gaming one) like urs so don bother try the game on a desktop
