|You already asked about this. Unless someone actually has this card, there's no way of knowing what the FPS will be. Nobody runs benchmarks on standard PCI cards anymore & any benchmarks results you find with the PCI-e version of the 9400GT won't be comparable because the PCI-e bus runs 3 times the speed of PCI, plus it's a dedicated bus...PCI is a shared bus. Any current benchmarks will be with modern CPUs, motherboard chipsets, RAM, etc.|
Here's an article about the Radeon HD4670, but if you look at the charts, you'll see where the 9400GT ranks. Keep in mind that this is a modern system (Core 2 Duo, 2GB DDR2, Intel P35 board, PCI-e X16 graphics slot) so your results won't be nearly as good:

As I told you in your other thread, there aren't many cards better for the PCI bus so all you can do is get it & hope for the best.
As for the onboard video, yes, you will have to enter the BIOS & disable it, disable any memory sharing & change the "Initial Display 1st" setting from integrated to PCI. And there may be drivers that need uninstalling as well.
