Ok i recently just bought a new power supply thought old one was bad. But when i plug in the 4 pin atx connecter the lights and fans flash for like a second. And with out it plugged in all the fans and lights come. Any suggestions?

How about posting the brand name, overall wattage & the amperage specs for the +3.3v, +5v & +12v rails. How much did you pay for it? Decent quality PSUs start at about $50 & go up from there. There are a few exceptions but generally speaking, if you spend less you usually end up with garbage.
Summary: Did you forget to connect ur 4-pin connect from your power supply to your video card? Perhaps try to lower ur AGP transfer mode all the way down to 1X... And maybe turn off fast write? TMP-Man Asus ...

Summary: Thanks for the replies. So, the only place that the video card would draw amps from would be B rail which could supply 17A. This would be going through the 6 pin connector. No power comes to the car...
