What is your cooling setup? What temps are you seeing?

Since it's only an x1050 you may be able to get away with it. What are the specs on your power supply?

You're asking about a Radeon X1050 in the gaming forum?

"sorry, i use it for games..."

Uh, that was my point. The X1050 isn't much of a gaming card, especially if it's the 64-version or one that uses HyperMemory. You could have done much better.

i will upgrade it when i get the money to spare but what i was asking is your opinion on whether or not my system will support it. I also installed a pci creative xtreme gamer soundcard, they both seem to be running fine, but i would like to know for sure, i just bought the whole system. thanks

If the card doesn't have its own fan, it will probably get hot to the touch, however it's a good idea to add a case fan if there isn't one in place already. The x1050, while a weak gaming card, is better than your onboard video, and I'm guessing that's all you were really going for.
