Hello,
How good is this graphics card?
ATI Radeon HD 3450 256MB
Would it support Windows Aero?
How well would it support Flight Simulator X-
what graphics level (minimal-ultra high)
without freezing?Thanks,
Fab093

You would have to run low settings & even then, the game may not be playable. This article will give you an idea:

And have a look at this chart...the 3450 is 2nd from the bottom:

Ok thanks but I'm quite surprised at that!
Here is the computer I'm considering

High/Ultra High settings?Thanks

"How well would FSX run on that computer on
High/Ultra High settings?"Not well at all...it has the same video card. You would have to turn the settings way down. The HD3450 is basically the PCIe 2.0/DX10.1 version of the HD2400Pro. It's not a good gaming card. Look at that chart again...they rank last & 2nd to last. 25-30FPS is considered the minimum for a game to be playable. No matter which game you pick, the HD3450 is always near the bottom:

How about for video editing? I do a lot of editing of home videos. We are looking at getting a new pc and there will be a Dell Studio desktop with this video card on sale soon. Thanks.
