hi, umm,, is it possible to install an ATI Radeon X850XT platinum edition gddr3 256MB PCI-e into a DFI Lanparty DR-SLI motherboard which is meant for nVidia cards?
Also will it work great like it should?

of course it will work. SLi boards can use any type of card as long as they're "slot compatible". The only time it would make a difference would be if you actually wanna pair up two cards in SLi...then they would HAVE to be nVidia
