asus 9200se pc keeps rebooting

Whenever i play halo online my p.c keeps rebooting and the windows 'system has recovered from a serious error message' comes up saying it has recovered from a serious error caused by a device driver. erm, it is nice when it works which it does sometimes but often doesn't any ideas?

Which device driver would help...
If you don't know, check your app and sys logs.

if you just updated your ATI drivers, reroll them, i had the same problem before but it was with Guild Wars (BTW no i dont have ATI but rerolling my intergrated card works for me so it should work for you too)
