The left arrow key and up arrow key dont work at the same time. For example if i use up and then press the left arrow key the up arrow key will keep working and the left doesn't do anything, vise versa. The up arrow key and right arrow key work fine wen pressed at the same time. Thankyou for your time.

my 1st guess would be crap beneath the keys (dust, hair, etc). the easiest way to test if this is your keyboard hardware or some OS/driver issue would be to plug an external USB keyboard into your laptop and see if the problem persists. If so, you've got a software problem. More than likely, though, you won't have the problem with the external keyboard. the best way to clean your laptop keyboard is with a can of compressed air.

It may be due to a technical glitch between up and right arrow. try to contact service. clean the board and then use it. trade ps3 games
