Hi, my only problem is that after hours of online searching I cannot find an AGP Video Card that is good enough for me to be able to play "Left 4 Dead". The minimum requirement they tell me is that the card needs to be at least a Nvidia 6600 or better. PCI cards do not work on my motherboard so please do not recommend any PCI cards. All I am looking for is the cheapest card, in AGP format, that will run Left 4 Dead.
Thank you to those who help

Here are the three best AGP options. All three of them are better than the GeForce 6600.

Entry-level AGP cards:

Radeon HD 2600 XT - $62.99

Radeon HD 3650 - $79.99

"High end" AGP card:

Radeon HD 3850 - $119.99

Homebuilt projector:
Samsung 1080p panel
Pixelworks controller
2 HDMI, 2 Component, 1 VGA
Homebuilt enclosure
120" 16:9 screen
Connected to: HTPC w/ BD, satellite receiver, XB360.

Ok thanks, i'll look more into that HD 2600 XT. I found a card which I would like to know if it will run left 4 dead (as good or better than a nvidia geforce 6600) http://www.overstock.com/Electronic...
Please tell me if it is good enough.

That's a card to avoid. Not only is the Radeon 9200 MUCH slower than the GeForce 6600, but it also lacks support for Pixel Shader versions 2.0 and 3.0. The game probably wouldn't even start with a 9200.

Homebuilt projector:
Samsung 1080p panel
Pixelworks controller
2 HDMI, 2 Component, 1 VGA
Homebuilt enclosure
120" 16:9 screen
Connected to: HTPC w/ BD, satellite receiver, XB360.

I totally agree with jackbomb's choices. This article will back him up:

I suspect what you really mean is, "I don't wanna spend $63"

Sorry, but AGP cards are hard to come by & decent ones are fairly expensive. As that Tom's Hardware article stated, they're just about extinct. If you want to be able to play games with an AGP card & play them well, you're gonna have to lay down the cash.

The AIW 9200 for $40 at Overstock.com is outdated & very low end...it is NOT a gaming card. It wasn't even a good card back in 2003 when it was 1st released. You'll be EXTREMELY disappointed if you buy it.
