u can get an ATI X850XT AGP card for $64.99 at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...

BUT ure PSU might not take it and also, it is a shader model 2 card.

IMO, I suggest u just be patient and save up for an entire new computer. I just built my friend a new computer with:

Aprevia X-Discovery Blue Case
Asus M2R32-MVP Crossfire Mobo
AMD Athlon 3600+
1GB PC2-5300 Kingston RAM
320GB Seagate 7200.10 SATA II HDD
Sapphire Radeon X1950 PRO
400watt Sparkle Power PSU (12v1&2=18a each)

That all only costed $790CAD TOTAL. Thats a really low price for such a good gaming rig.

So If were u, just save up maybe $700USD or so and get ureself an entirely new computer.

Asus P5W DH Dlx
C2D E6600@3.81GHz air
CrucialBallistix 2GB PC2-6400 RAM 4-4-4-12
Sapphire Radeon X1900GT
Mushkin XP650 PSU
640GB 320BG X 2 7200rpm HDD
36.7GB WD Raptor
2X DVD Driv

I should have considered the power supply. The Radeon 9600XT doesn't require the extra power connector:

And the thing is we can't get a new computer. We could barely afford this upgrade,so i can't get another computer.

P.s we bought a tower case with a 600w power supply so i don't think power's a problem

You may want to look at http://www.ncix.com

yes ncix or http://www.memoryexpress.com are both good sites to get hardware.

I have an AMD Athlon 3500+ AM2 + Asus M2N-MX sitting here collecting dust. If u're interested, PM me and ill see. I live in Calgary, AB, so shipping to u will probably be less than $20

The PSU that comes bundled with a case is *usually* cheap generic junk. A decent 600W PSU sells for $75-100...how much did you pay for your case/PSU combo?
