I had a question cencerning my ps2. I was wondering weather is hould buy the network adapter or not. My moden connects with a UBS cable so i was wondering if i could connect my modem to the usb port on the front of the ps2 and be able to play online. If not is it really worth getting a network adapter for ps2?

Cable modems can be connected via USB and NIC. If you use your modem via NIC you wont need any software, But if you connect the modem through USB port it usually needs software to install it.

Do you want to play online or not?Have the lambs stopped crying Clarice?

it wont work
ive tried connecting usb flash drives and a logitech mx500 mouse through those usb ports and it didnt work
youll have to buy the ps2 network adapter
wait... apparently it could work
Well, I use my USB ports on my PS2 for a USB Modem in order to play Tony Hawk 3 online (too cheap to by a network adaptor, lol).
common sense isn't very common

If you overclock the power supply, you will be able to get online twice as fast! With extra Blast Capacity!

Does anybody has had a problem with PS2 disc colors mine only plays color blue and with the rest tellsme there is a disc error.
I can play movies and hear cds but not any other color of PS2 games
