How about posting the make/model of your machine or your system specs?
You must be using onboard graphics rather than an actual video card so most likely, all you need to do is go into the BIOS & bump up the shared memory amount.

yeah and if you cannot bump the shared video memory high enough, you might just plain not be able to run this software on that hardware because it doesn't meet the requirements.
