You don't say which resolution settings you're changing but the monitor should be set at it's native resolution & left alone. Any other changes should be made within the game itself. Also, your video card isn't all that great. 2GB is a waste on that card & being that it's DDR3, it's considerably slower than a 5670 or 6670 with 1GB GDDR5. Try lowering your game settings to medium.

the HD 6670 is not a high end gaming device for gaming on with maxed out settings, the settings should be kept to medium with 1280x1024 resolution or a bit higher for the best experience.
also have ur latest drivers installed

My Monitor supports the resolution upto 1024 X 1028 but still i can use resolution upto 1600 X 900. If my video card is not that good okayyy man but still do u have any way to fix screen tearing problem if i play at medium settings( but still playing on high settings i m getting good fps over 47 to 55 with resolution 1440 X 900 )

It is true HD 6670 isn't that powerful but it can play many titles at high settings(1440 x 900). Native resolution must be used if u wanna see a clear image on your monitor.
If native resolution of your monitor is 1024 x 768 u can't use 1280 x 1024, if used it can damage the monitor or monitor will not work in normal OS environment until corrected in safe mode. Post the model number of your monitor.

Games settings should be adjusted in game settings menu and not in the AMD catalyst control center.
Why wait so long to upgrade OS?

"My Monitor supports the resolution upto 1024 X 1028 but still i can use resolution upto 1600 X 900"

Wrong. There is no 1024 X 1028. Post the make/model of your monitor so one of use can look up the specs & native resolution that you should be using. Like I said in my other response, the monitor resolution should be "set & forget", there's little reason to ever change it. Settings are changed in the game menu.
